John 'Mark' Moore
Mr. Mark Moore is founder, Chairman and CEO of Omni Agri Resources, a full service development company for large projects in the biofuel, fertilizer and agricultural industry. Successfully serving the growth and financial needs of the agricultural community, Mr. Moore founded the company in 2005, when he began developing a $1.2 billion nitrogen fertilizer project in Trinidad and Tobago.
With more than two decades of experience in corporate finance and management of private interests, primarily in the agricultural industry, Mr. Moore holds full accountability and decision-making for all operations of Omni Agri. He also oversees the development and construction of a 20 million gallon per year biodiesel plant project in Hanford, California, which Omni Agri will ultimately own and operate. Through its subsidiary, Omni Agri Trade Group, the company also produces specialty fertilizers in Texas, which are exported globally. Additionally, he heads up Omni Sulphur; a successful technology service company that helps to build sulphur-based fertilizer plants for clients. The company generated over $1 million in revenue in the first year of operation and is expected to grow as a major player in the sulphur industry within the next few years. Presently, Omni-Sulphur is building a plant for a client near Mumbai, India and a second plant in Dubai, UAE.
Mr. Moore additionally serves as General Manager of MJ Cavaletto Ranches, LLC, also a family owned farming/agricultural business where he and his wife and family raise approximately 1600 acres of avocados, lemons and grapefruits throughout areas in Southern California. He is a major real estate developer as well, having recently purchased over 200 acres of land for the development of additional fertilizer and biofuel projects.
Beginning his career in the banking industry in 1984, Mr. Moore started as a Loan Officer for the 11th District Federal Intermediate Credit Bank (later evolving to The Farm Credit System) in Sacramento, California. Quickly demonstrating his expertise in the specialization of agricultural lending, he remained with the company for approximately 10 years. By 1993, he became Vice President of Data Systems Administrations of Central Coast Association, soon followed by his joining Moore Agricultural Products Co., and MJ Cavaletto Ranches, LLC.
Characterized as an unassuming and authentic person, Mr. Moore thrives on helping agriculturally diverse operations make more informed business decisions, earning him a distinct standing in the agricultural community. A graduate of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA, Mr. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Management, which he earned in 1984.
Despite his very busy life, Mr. Moore manages to effectively balance family, career and community. He enjoys spending time with wife Laurie and their three children and remains actively involved in the local farming community where he currently serves as President of the San Luis Obispo County Farm Bureau, and a leader in his kids 4-H Club. When time permits, he loves to travel and enjoys baseball, and boating. Mr. Moore is available for consultations and guest speaking engagements.
Andreas Kraemer
Mr. Kraemer is Omni’s CFO and has
more than ten years experience as a professional in investment
banking and venture capital. He worked on numerous transactions
in the US and Europe ranging from M&A advisory, venture
capital and private equity to project finance and leveraged
buy-outs. His industry exposures include, among others,
agriculture, energy, chemicals, automotive, capital goods,
banking, telecommunications and services.
At Omni, he manages project related financial tasks for
Omni’s clients including equity and debt funding,
tax planning and structuring, project valuation analysis
and management of outside financial advisors. He also oversees
Omni’s internal controlling, accounting and other
financial responsibilities.
As Investment Manager for Enron Corporation's venture capital
group, he analyzed second-round to pre-IPO equity investment
opportunities, identified new investment opportunities,
conducted due diligence and valuation, and led the internal
approval and legal documentation processes. He served as
a Board observer and member of the audit committee of a
portfolio company and was a business developer for investment
opportunities in Europe.
As investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston and
Union Bank of Switzerland (today UBS Warburg) he worked
on numerous transactions of all sizes in various industries.
He has extensive valuation and transaction experience using
Discounted-Cash-Flow (DCF), comparable quoted company and
acquisition analysis as well as merger consequences models.
He prepared management presentations for the discussion
of industry and market trends, valuation results, and the
strategic options of his clients. Prior to his financial
career Mr. Kraemer was a First Lieutenant in the German
Air Force.
He holds a Master of Business Administration in International
Management from the American Graduate School of International
Management (Thunderbird) in Glendale, Arizona, and a Master
of Electrical Engineering from the University of the Federal
Armed Forces in Hamburg, Germany.
Kent Lambden
Mr. Lambden, OmniSulphur's Managing Director.
Mr. Kent Lambden obtained his Bachelor of Agriculture degree
from the University of Saskatchewan in 1992. Since graduation,
Mr. Lambden has spent the past 14 years in the fertilizer
industry. Mr. Lambden's career began with Calgary based
Tiger Resources where his time there took him from Area
Sales Representative, to Canadian Sales Manager, to Vice
President Sales and Marketing in charge of both domestic
and international marketing efforts. Mr. Lambden also spent
approximately three years with Calgary based Agrium, involved
in Western Canadian wholesale marketing as well accepting
the post of Marketing Manager, Micronutrients for Agrium's
Western Canadian micronutrient business.
Until recently, Mr. Lambden acted as the Vice President,
Marketing for Moore Agricultural Products and T-Tech Fertilizers.
His responsibilities included leading the overall sales
and marketing efforts for the three production facilities
in the Moore Agricultural Products and T-Tech's portfolio;
those being Humboldt Tennessee, Goodlett Texas, and Hanford
California. These businesses do business in approximately
25 US states with much of the growth coming from the newly
developed sulphur bentonite and sulphur micronutrient manufacturing
complex in Goodlett Texas.
Due to Mr. Lambden's extensive background in elemental sulphur
fertilizers, he brought much enthusiasm to the ideas, concepts,
and inevitable growth brought forth by the OmniSulphur group.
Patrick M.H. Lumley
Introducing Mr. Patrick M.H. Lumley, Technical Director.
For more than two decades, Mr. Patrick Lumley has brought an influential and high-energy approach to the areas of Plant Design, Plant Equipment, and Operation of Plants throughout the international and domestic market. Making an important impact in his field of endeavor, Mr. Lumley consistently helps to drive profits up for a multitude of high-ranking organizations. Having recently joined the Omni Sulphur Group as Technical Director, he brings with him strong management and technical expertise in mechanical and process systems, focusing his attention on servicing sulphur clients and projects that are experiencing strong growth.
Previously, Mr. Lumley served as a consultant and project manager for several large companies, dependably using his expertise and professionalism to foster successful outcomes. Just before joining Omni-Sulphur, he acted as an Independent Consultant specializing in project leadership, operations and commissioning in the field of plant construction. Some of his most recent projects include TengizChevroil where he successfully fulfilled his commitment as Operations Project Support Consultant. During this project, he managed multi-operations for 4 capital projects exceeding 400 million dollars in value, ensuring the highest operational reliability and mechanical integrity of the constructed facilities.
Prior to his consulting work with TengizChevroil, Mr. Lumley served as Project Manager for Hazco Environmental Technologies where he was responsible for the planning and growth development of dredging and dewatering services throughout North America. While there, he assumed a lead role in the company’s newest division, developing 1st year annual revenue of $3.5 million in a competitive market. Just prior to his position as Project Manager and for three years running, he served as Supervisor of Technical Support for Enersul Limited Partnership where he was accountable for supervising construction and final start up of numerous GX sulphur-forming facilities in domestic and international locations. While in his role, he produced safety and commissioning procedures for both existing and newer technologies for successful start-ups involving multi-million dollar projects.
Mr. Lumley has also served as Lead Project Consultant for Moore Agricultural Products where he was accountable for providing basic budget, process and design for a 250 ton per day plant nutrient sulphur pastille facility. During this effort, he led the company’s efforts in planning, procurement, construction and start up of a fertilizer plant in a very competitive industry. Furthermore, and for 14 years, he served as Operations Manager for Tiger Industries where through his leadership abilities, increased daily average production by 428%.
Without question, Mr. Lumley is a results oriented professional who time and again achieves success through innovation, dynamic leadership and effective decision-making efforts. His knowledge and understanding of plant design, technical support and operation of a plant and equipment is second to none. Besides being a dynamic Technical Director, Mr. Lumley is also a key patent holder for innovations in pastillating technology. He also holds certificates in TDG, WHMIS, First Aid, H2S Alive, Safety Leadership, and Industrial Process Measurement Mechanical Alignment. When he’s not involved with work, he enjoys spending time with his family, loves sports and speaks multiple languages. Mr. Lumley is a graduate of Southern Alberta Institute of technology (SAIT).
